A mountain appears as a small stone—or knee-level flora become forests—with clever perspective-manipulation in a photograph. Under the right lens, a droplet of water can hold an entire universe, with complex ecosystems and their very own celebrity appearances: water bears (Tardigrades). In the following pieces I’ve done my best to create a series of imagery that captures this feeling of existential wonder with scale disorientation.
As you scroll meditate on how our problems change based on perspective. Do they become smaller as we bring our awareness to encompass the entire universe?
