Joined by Kim, we have a philosophical conversation on how vibration, frequency, and sound shape not only our nervous systems but also our writing practice.

We opened with the science of infrasound—frequencies too low to hear but deeply felt in the body. They have been used in studies to induce stress and linked to everything from anxiety to ghostly sensations. Then we explored Solfeggio frequencies, like 528 Hz, which some believe support DNA repair, calm, and emotional clarity.

From there, we moved into the brain.
