β€œWhat am I doing here in this endless winter?”
― Franz Kafka, The Metamorphosis

Everything in nature, from the enduring oak to the ever-changing tides, has rhythm, or cycle. Even if some cycles are so long they appear linear based on subjective observation, given enough time, a pattern will emerge. Our creative energy is no exception, but most of us weren’t taught to create this way. We are a consciousness, or spirit, operating within a physical body that is bound by natural cycles. Listening to your body’s intuition is wise, an act of self-care, and a rebellion against modern work ethics.
